Hans Alexander Grönberg (born 22 November 1991) is a Swedish singer and songwriter. He competed in Svensksong 1 with the song "Ärr".

Life and career[]

Early life[]

Grönberg was born on 22 November 1991 in Visby, Gotland Municipality on the Swedish island of Gotland. His parents, Magnus and Ella, were businesspeople from Stockholm, who moved to Gotland five years before Grönberg's birth. He has one younger sister.

Grönberg completed compulsory schooling in 2008, and went on to attend an art school, graduating in 2011. After his graduation from high school, he moved to Stockholm and began working as a piercer and tattoo artist. He left his job in 2014 to pursue a music career.

2014–present: Music career[]

After being signed to Sony Music Sweden in 2014, Grönberg released his debut single, "Knäckt", in 2014. The song did not have a chart impact in Sweden.

In 2016, Grönberg was confirmed to be taking part in Svensksong 1, with the song "Ärr". He performed the song in the first semi-final, and advanced to andra chansen. In andra chansen, he advanced to the final, where he placed ninth.
