Elena Nikolovska (Macedonian: Елена Николовска; born 22 April 1992) is a Macedonian singer and songwriter. She will represent Macedonia in the Eurovision Song Contest: Stockholm.

Life and careerEdit

Early lifeEdit

Nikolovska was born on 22 April 1992 in Centar Municipality inside the city of Skopje, shortly before the disintegration of SFR Yugoslavia. Her father works in business, while her mother is a housewife. She grew up with two older brothers and one younger brother.

Nikolovska graduated from compulsory schooling in 2007. After her graduation, she began attending a music school in Skopje. She graduated from music school in 2011, and began working as a professional musician.

Music careerEdit

After beginning her music career in 2011, Nikolovska was signed to Avalon Production. She competed in Skopje Fest 2012, with the song "Ova e koga će go ostavite", and placed eleventh. She competed in various music festivals from 2011 to 2014, and released her debut studio album, Nitro Girl, in 2014.

In 2016, it was confirmed that Nikolovska would represent Macedonia in the Eurovision Song Contest: Stockholm. Her song will be revealed at a later date.
